Gary Woodland held off the challenge of world number one Brooks Koepka to win the US Open at Pebble Beach.
Four-time major winner Koepka started the day on seven under, but hit four birdies in his first five holes to pressure those in the leading group.

World number 25 Woodland shot a two-under 69 on the final day to go 13 under overall, enough to hold off defending champion Koepka.
Woodland carded only his third bogey of the tournament at the ninth, after a loose tee shot found the rough he fell back to 12 under.
Another bogey at the 12th gave others a look in, but a four-foot birdie putt at the 14th got him back on track and a stunning 30-footer for birdie at the last sealed the deal.
