England - 397-6 / 247-8 - Afghanistan
England won by 150 runs over Afghanistan in Manchester, with captain Morgan the star of the show making 148 off 71 balls - his 17 sixes enough to make a century on their own (102).

It also came after a slow start to the innings from Bairstow and Root, so the skipper's onslaught was very much unexpected.
Morgan arrived at the end of the 30th over with his side 164-2, before the left-hander anchored the end of the innings, dispatching 198 runs from the last 15 overs.
He was dropped on 28, when Dawlat Zadran made a poor attempt to grab at deep mid-wicket.
Morgan punished the mistake, hitting 120 runs from the next 46 balls.
His fifty came from 36 balls, and it was only 21 more to claim the century.
After that, he faced 14 balls and smashed another 47 runs before he was caught at long-off, when captain and bowler Gulbadin Naib gave a handshake to his opposite number for a stellar performance and there was a rapturous ovation from the Old Trafford crowd.
It was the fourth different century maker for England in this tournament - the most of any team, while Mark Wood and Jofra Archer have 21 wickets between them.
The previous record for clearing the ropes in one-day internationals was jointly held by Chris Gayle, AB de Villiers and Rohit Sharma with 16, pretty good company to take the record from I'm sure you'll agree.
The skipper stole the limelight from his team-mates who contributed to the World Cup hosts nearly breaking 400, with Jonny Bairstow making 90 and Joe Root 88, with the total set at 397 - still an England record, bettering the 386-6 they piled on against Bangladesh only 10 days ago.
Jason Roy was still out with a hamstring injury, his replacement James Vince made 26, showing why the Surrey right-hander is picked ahead of him, and England will hope he is back fit for the knockout stages.
Afghanistan never got close to the run rate, but batted out their overs for the first time in the tournament, to finish at 247-8.
The team rooted to the bottom of the table suffered a fielding performance littered with errors or bowling that crumbled in the face of Morgan's assault.
Rashid Khan made the joint second-worst return in ODI history, with their star leg-spinner conceding a World Cup record 110 runs off nine overs, without a wicket.
When Archer bowled Noor Ali Zadran in the second over of the reply, there was the feeling that a batting line-up which had already struggled in this tournament could disintegrate.
To their credit, they showed some great spirit, none more so than Hashmatullah Shahidi, who made 76 despite a sickening blow to the helmet from Wood.
