National League Play-Off Final - Salford City 3-0 AFC Fylde - Salford promoted to the Football League for the first time

Salford City won 3-0 against AFC Fylde at Wembley to gain promotion to League Two.

Emmanuel Dieseruvwe, Carl Piergianni and Ibou Touray scored against opponents who were also looking for their first season in the Football League.
Salford have won four promotions in five seasons, spending just one year in the fifth tier, since five former Manchester United team-mates - Gary and Phil Neville, Paul Scholes, Nicky Butt and Ryan Giggs - took control of the Ammies in 2014.
Former England captain David Beckham joined his former team-mates in January by purchasing a 10% stake, with Singapore businessman Peter Lim owning the remaining 40% of the club.

Dieseruvwe scored a fortuitous first, when Devonte Redmond's free-kick was cleared by Fylde striker Danny Rowe onto the back of a team-mate, falling into the path of Dieseruvwe after a quarter of an hour.
Piergianni, who scored in the semi-final victory over Eastleigh, converted from a Touray corner on 53 minutes.
The Gambia international secured the win for Salford as his attempted cross beat Fylde goalkeeper Jay Lynch and went in off the inside of the post.
