Meg Lanning and Ellyse Perry made an unbeaten 87 partnership as Australia cruised to a seven-wicket win in the penultimate match in the Women's Ashes.
England - 121-8 / 122-3 - Australia
Australia confirmed their victory in the Twenty20 mini-series of the Women's Ashes with a comfortable seven-wicket victory in Hove.
Tammy Beaumont top-scored for the hosts with 43 from 39 balls as England posted 121-8 on a slow pitch.
They looked like winning their first match in this series when reducing the visitors to 35-3, before Lanning and Perry were both unbeaten in making 43 and 47 to cruise to the target in the 18th over.
Despite this not being a humiliation like some of the matches in this multi-format series, there was still an aura that Australia were in control of proceedings even at 35-3.
The tourists dismissed opener Amy Jones win the first over of the match, offering an easy catch to cover off Perry - her 10th ball to Jones in this series from which there have been four wickets.
Jones' lack of form in the series will be a shock to some, given her lead-up to the Women's Ashes includes five half-centuries in six ODIs against Sri Lanka and West Indies earlier in the year.
Her opening partner Danni Wyatt was caught at mid-on hitting into a strong wind, before Natalie Sciver was bowled round her legs as it was left to Beaumont to anchor the innings.
England found the boundary hard to find against the Aussies' slower bowlers, with the conditions suiting them more than the right-arm pace of Perry.
After Beaumont attempted a reverse sweep off Jess Jonasen's left-arm spin only to be bowled, captain Heather Knight was caught and bowled by leg-spinner Georgia Wareham to represent the last push towards a big score.
In the second half of England's innings, only one four was hit with Australia putting the squeeze on, while Lauren Winfield and Sophie Ecclestone both managed to clear the ropes.
Australia are now within touching distance of going unbeaten in the series, all the while with Lanning insisting her side are taking it one match at a time.
Since the switch to the new format, no side have failed win a single game in the series since 2013.
One of the biggest stories pre-match was the omission of vice-captain Anya Shrubsole who has been expensive and wicketless in her last two matches, but her replacement Georgia Elwiss was smashed to the boundary three times in her first over by Alyssa Healy.
England's most effective bowlers were players at the opposite ends of their careers - veteran seamer Katherine Brunt was top-edge by Healy before youthful spinner Ecclestone bowled Beth Mooney.
After the mini-collapse to 35-3, Lanning and Perry played sensible risk-free cricket, in contrast to their destructive onslaught at Chelmsford, not offering a chance to take a wicket and close in on the victory.
Perry became the first cricketer, male or female, to complete the double of 1,000 runs and 100 wickets in T20 internationals - while Lanning has now amassed 333 runs in T20 cricket against England since they last dismissed her.
