Oshane Thomas took 5-21 on a bouncy St Lucia pitch, with eight English batsmen falling to short-pitched balls.
The last five wickets were lost for two runs, in the tourists' lowest ever ODI total against West Indies.
Chris Gayle's 77 off 27 balls secured an emphatic win in his final home ODI before retirement.
By balls remaining, West Indies inflicted England's biggest ever one-day defeat, with 227 deliveries not required.

After Joe Root had uppercut straight to third man and Alex Hales top-edged a cut shot to wicketkeeper Shai Hope, the tourists should have assessed the risks of taking on the short ball, being more selective.
They didn't learn their lesson though - the next six wickets all fell to short-pitched balls - Eoin Morgan, Ben Stokes and Chris Woakes were undone on the hook, Jos Buttler top-edged a pull shot, Moeen Ali caught behind and Adil Rashid fended one that rose sharply to Hope.

West Indies opener Chris Gayle had none of the struggles with the bat that England did, hitting 424 runs in the series, averaging 106.
In this match, he hit five fours and nine sixes in another stunning display.
Woakes and Wood could not exploit the bounce like Windies had, allowing Chris Gayle free rein to hit all that came his way.
Despite his team needing just 114, he was on course for a century in the eighth over, hitting 6, 6, 4, 4, 6, before being bowled out by Wood for 77 in the eighth over.
Shimron Hetmyer drove Tom Curran's first ball down the ground for four to seal the win.
