SheBelieves Cup: Japan 0-3 England - Lionesses win title for the first time

Three first half goals for England against Japan saw them crowned SheBelieves Cup champions in Tampa.

Jodie Taylor provided two assists early on, first for Lucy Staniforth to shoot from range, then to Karen Carney with a chipped ball into the box to head home.
Beth Mead cut in from the right to score a third with her left foot, set up by a defence-splitting through ball from Keira Walsh to find Mead from here own half.

Two wins and a draw in the four team round-robin was enough for Phil Neville's side to win the tournament for the first time.
England, ranked fourth in the world, also meet Japan again in the group stages of this summer's World Cup in France, which kicks off on 7 June.
Also in England's group are Scotland and Argentina.
The night's other game saw the USA beat Brazil 1-0.
