Vitality Twenty20 Blast Quarter-Final: Gloucestershire vs Derbyshire Falcons - Falcons through to finals day for the first time

Derbyshire Falcons cruised to a seven-wicket win to complete the semi-final line-up in the T20 Blast.

Derbyshire qualified for their first T20 blast Finals Day with a seven-wicket win against Gloucestershire.
Restricting the home side to 135-7 with some superb bowling and fielding, the Falcons Wayne Madsen made 47 and Leus du Plooy an unbeaten 29 in a partnerhsip of 72 off 63.
It will be Derbyshire's first Finals Day in the competition's 17-year history and well deserved their win in Bristol.
Gloucestershire were 48-1 after the six over powerplay, but Derbyshire tightened up in the middle and the end, as the hosts couldn't find a boundary in 50 balls.
Matt Critchley took 2-21, Ravi Rampaul 1-23 and Logan van Beek 0-24 bowled tidily and went for fewer than 25 each from their four over spells, with only Ian Cockbain's unbeaten 45 a score of any note.
Derbyshire captain Billy Godleman made 25 as his side got ahead of the required run rate, before Madsen made 47 off 37 balls including five fours.
He fell nine short of the target, but du Plooy came in to guide them to the win with 17 balls remaining.
