Part-time off-spinner Roston Chase took 8-60 in what became the final day's play on the fourth day of the first Test in Barbados.
The tourists were bowled out for 246, falling from 134-1, before opener Rory Burns fell for 84 just before lunch.
The last 6 wickets fell for 34 runs, with the top order all starting well but failing to prolong the Test into a fifth day.
The humiliating defeat is England's joint seventh-heaviest in terms of runs in Tests, against a team five places below them in the International Cricket Council rankings.
